October Goals…

This month I will show more commitment and dedication to get myself back on the right path. Last month was not as successful as I would have like for it to have been but I still managed a loss of 1 pound which doesn’t seem like much but it wasn’t a gain so I am taking it for what its worth and moving forward.

For the month of October I will be trying to focus more on my life style change (healthy eating, water intake, exercise (cardo and toning), and my career path). Most of my goals are repeating from the previous month because I did fall short but the difference this time I will be trying much harder than last month to have them accomplished. I am not looking as the month of October to being the month that I am starting over but the month were I pick back up where I left off.

1. Eat Healthy
2. Consume a minimum of 8 glasses of what (64 oz)
3. Make the Scale move (attempt 2 to3 pounds a week) WISH ME LUCK
4. Apply for at least 3 jobs a week that my skill set is qualified for…
5. Promote a positive attitude…

    You said that this month "I will be trying to....." I think maybe "you will do..." hits closer to that difference between interest and commitment. What do you think? Every pound is a good pound lost. I wish you success as luck has little to do with it. YOU CAN DO IT. emoticon
