My goals for this month(October 2009)

I surpassed what I thought I could do in my wildest dreams in September by exercising for 1770 minutes
My goal for October is to exceed that number.
Secondly, I am aiming to complete my second weight removal goal of 23.8 pounds. As of last weekend I have 6.3 pounds to go. Then I can begin my third pound off goal.
And lastly, I have a goal to go out and about and take some autumn pictures. I love fall colours, they are so pretty.

    Congratulations on passing your exercising goal! I love the way you post you goals here. It really makes you think about what you're doing. I haven't been posting goals other than what's related to weight loss and getting healthy... but posting your goal of getting out and taking pictures has made me really think about that. I'll have to think about this and see where it takes me! LOL

    I love your goals and they are all so doable. I'm doing the same thing with the picture taking - there is so much beauty around at this time of year!
