Break a bad habit, forever
It’s easy to get into ruts, and some of them are so engrained they become mindless. In truth we know that many of our routines work against our weight loss. We also know by now that we can’t change what we don’t acknowledge. Starting today begin to scrutinize some of your habits that might be sabotaging your weight loss.
What are you doing automatically, without really thinking? For example, do you regularly hit the vending machine for a pick me up in the late afternoon? Are you taking the elevator when you can take the stairs?
Take each situation and make the needed adjustment. Old habits die hard, but with acknowledgment and a sprinkle of perseverance, you really can replace old patterns with new healthy ones. Start today!
