Wednesday, Weigh Day; Week 2 of Spark to 5K

I woke up this morning, tore off all my clothes, and jumped on the scale.
It's Wednesday Weigh Day. Despite going over a few days this week, I'm still 2.4 lbs. down. Sweet!
Then I put on some clothes, and worked out.
Day 1 of Week 2 of Spark to 5K kicked my butt this morning. Jogging for two minutes is killer. I jog on a slight incline on the treadmill, I was trying not to give the clock on the display the stink eye while I was jogging.
Week 2, Day 1: Walk for 3 minutes, Jog for 2 minutes: 20 minutes.
Walked for 10 minutes
Elliptical for 30 minutes.
