Hi there.....I could not agree more. I lose during the week and gain it back on the weekends. I usually have one bad weekday as well. IT IS Craziness - something else crazy - yesterday I was working out and the whole time I was thinking (when I am done here I am getting an ice cream cone).
The best days I have are the ones I figure out the day before what I will be eating for every meal. Hang in there and best wishes on not eating too much! 3767 days ago
