No time like today

I am so tired of getting on the scale and seeing the yoyo effect. Need to be consistent. There's no time like today. So I'm printing the menu, shopping list, and goals.

    Hi there.....I could not agree more. I lose during the week and gain it back on the weekends. I usually have one bad weekday as well. IT IS Craziness - something else crazy - yesterday I was working out and the whole time I was thinking (when I am done here I am getting an ice cream cone).

    The best days I have are the ones I figure out the day before what I will be eating for every meal. Hang in there and best
