Eating 'n Drinking

In the past week, I've not been doing so hot at keeping my calories down. Nothing insane, just fifty or a hundred calories over my range. I think some of it's because I'm trying to learn how to incorporate some healthy fats into my diet, and it's pretty easy to get over your calorie range with those Fat Grams. My goal for the rest of the week is to be IN my calorie range!

In other news, I just bought tickets for my brother and I to go to the Bulls/Lakers game in December. I'm really looking forward to it, and I haven't seen him in FOREVER--well, a year, that's a pretty long time.

Today was the last day of Spark to 5K, Week 1. Tomorrow, I'll be walking for three minutes, jogging for two--yikes!

Week 1, Day 5: Jog for 1 minute, Walk for 4 for 30 minutes.

    Thanks for the well wishes. Enjoy your run! It's really hard when you first start the running program, but I'd give anything to be able to get out there this week.
