When I joined Spark People I set mt goal weight at 120 pounds. I got to 124 and,friends and co-workers told me I didn't need to loose any more weight!!! Clothes I wore four years ago are looser now than they were back then and I weighed 120.
Since I gained a couple pounds not logging my nutrition...I am going to set a new goal of loosing to 123 along with my new strength training. I feel great but Need to firm up after the weight loss. I have a litle jelly spot above my belly buton that really bothers lol!!
Here I go....Again!
