Self-esteem is all about love, respect and trust. It's based on the confidence and satisfaction you have in yourself. When the voice inside tells you how special you are, that you can become whatever you want, and says it with conviction, you will be inspired to live up to the calling. Trips to the gym, eating healthy meals will all be the least you can do for yourself when you practice self-love.
