Do you love, respect and trust yourself?

Can you answer this question with an undeniable, resounding YES? Hopefully you answering yes, because when you do it makes losing weight SO much easier.

Self-esteem is all about love, respect and trust. It's based on the confidence and satisfaction you have in yourself. When the voice inside tells you how special you are, that you can become whatever you want, and says it with conviction, you will be inspired to live up to the calling. Trips to the gym, eating healthy meals will all be the least you can do for yourself when you practice self-love.

Start loving, respecting and trusting yourself right now and never stop. You're worth it!

    Duh, NO and that's why I struggle but thanks to SP I am now empowered to do something about it.
    Thanks for posting and reminding us that the real struggle is not with the weight (that's just a symptom) but with loving ourselves

    I am learning to love myself it isn't always easy but it is a battle I WILL WIN. emoticon
