After posting my blog the other day on whether or not to change my tracker. something happened that let me know I am not to change it. Not now, not ever. These things happen to me quite often. When I question myself, usually an answer is given in a totally unexpected way.
My ultimate goal is to remove 140 pounds but as I have blogged before, I have broken it down into much smaller goals. The problem with this is, I can't always remember the exact amount I have to take off to make that goal, so out comes the calculator time and time again. emoticon. This gets to be a major PITA after a while. I want to be able to track the smaller goals as well as the large one.
I found a program online called goalenforcer. It is a tracker demo, but one can use it to their advantage without paying, just some things cannot be done on it.
It is quite interesting to use. I have played with it a bit. One simply sets a goal, then sets up ways to accomplish the goal. It is akin to making lists in a way. If anyone is interested in trying it, the link is
It is a way of organizing thoughts into doable goals.
I tried and and did a print screen using the food guide as my goals for proper eating. This is the result. Each bubble opens to reveal more bubbles for each thing. LMAO I love to have fun with stuff.

If one looks hard enough, there are ways around everything.
