The eyes have it.

Had my eyes check and the doctor told me that they found something behind the eye. It could be the beginnings of a detached retina or maculiar degeneration (beginning) I'm too young for that. I went to see a specialist and he told me that what I have behind my eye is scare tissue. It has been there forever. The specialist said that it is nothing to worry about and to go about my dail life. This was really good news. So my heel spur was feeling a little better so I walked home from the hospital (1 mile) I didn't feel out of breath or tired or anything. (My husband) drove me and was going to pick me up but I decided to walk.
I also passed my YMCA and since I couldn't work out because of my eyes being dilated so much they has a nutritionist there. I got some good pointers and some information. All in all it was a good night and I got a work in after all (Walking does a body good).
