This is the funniest thing!
The deprivation we often feel while dieting isn't funny, but by using portion control and moderation, we can have variety and balance in our diets.
I am trying to allow myself to eat the things I love but within moderation...but I will stay away from 'trigger foods' until I'm way more confident that i can use portion control and self control.
