I really have been sticking to my diet and exercising alot and I can't even seem to lose an inch or lb. What am I doing wrong anyone have any ideas??? I do three days a week strength, 5 or 6 of cardio and I always Take sunday of because that is my family day but I still eat the same as the rest of the week and I still can't seem to get anywhere.

    It sounds to me like you're doing everything right. I do think Veddie is right about mixing up your calorie range. Hopefully you will lose soon!

    I weigh myself once a week and measure and it has been 2 weeks since I lost anything and I always drink my water thats all I drink. Thanks for the support.

    I wish I had some words of advice. But I am in the same boat as you are. I have people tell me that I look like I am losing weight and my clothes are looser, but the scale is not moving and the inches aren't going anywhere. This week I have tried changing things up a little bit. One day I will eat at the low end of my calorie range, the next at the high end, one day in the middle. I have read that if you do the same thing all the time and eat the same foods all the time, your body gets used to it. So that has been my plan for this week-- change things up. I have done a different workout every day, too.

    Sometimes it doesn't come off right away and if you weigh yourself in a couple of days you will have lost it. Are you drinking water? Otherwise I haven't a clue - it is really annoying when you work hard and have nothing to show for it. Do your clothes feel looser? Sorry but can't help but I wish you luck and loss.
