Another mini-plateau

When I started the "Lose 5 Pounds in September" challenge I weighed 183 pounds. I lost 3 pounds the first week, 1 pound the second week and absolutely zero pounds the third week. I am currently at 179 pounds, a 4-pound loss for the month with less than a week to go. I mentioned this before, but a 4-pound loss in a month for me is twice as much as I have been losing but I am still hopeful for that stubborn pound to slide away before next Wednesday's final weigh-in for the month. Knowing myself, I will not be able to wait until the 30th to find out how I'm doing. I used to worry my scale to death by weighing in a couple of times a day but I'm not quite that bad now. I'll just weigh in once every other day. Who am I kidding - I know I'll be back on that scale tomorrow! Wish me luck!

    Wishing you all the luck your heart can handle. emoticon I have a wii fit so if I do a body test which it is set up to do one every day then I weigh every day. Oh well I just take it with a grain of salt and truly weigh in only once a month. I just can't let that old scale worry me. With all you have been doing with your sister and all do not be to hard on yourself. 4lbs in one month that is wonderful. Down to 179 lbs I know you have to feel so good. Just keep on working it.
