Awesome Night! Going Strong!

The Phoenix concert was amazing last night! We were dancing around, the music was blow your ears off loud, and the HUGE crowd added to the atmosphere. They were amazing performers, and the lighting design was awesome. Lots of strobes, and spots that pulsed with the music.

I was out until midnight, which is really late for me especially on a weeknight. BUT, I still woke up at 5 a.m. this morning and worked out.
AND it didn't even occur to me to skip it.

Really. A little while ago, I would have laid in bed, and gave myself a pass because of the night before. When my alarm went off, I just jumped out of bed and did it. I think I can finally say it's a habit! Wahoo!

Week 1, Day 2: Spark to 5K - Walk for 4 min., Jog for 1 min., for 25 minutes.
(Elliptical for 30 minutes)

    emoticon on your new habits. I have the same thing going on. I am less likely to skip a walk or a workout than before.
