Bridesmaid at 80

Can you imagine? I would rather be the bride. My best friend is getting married the 5th of December and she informed me by e-mail, no less, that I was to be the bridesmaid and her step daughter who is her age (since she married her last husband who was much much older than she) is to be her matron of honor.
Do miracles never cease. We should never let age keep us from living. We must enjoy life and I say I will never be any younger than I am today so might as well. What the heck.
Just thought I would let you all know the latest in my life.
