I have worked had to cut fat from my diet. I read the above article
it caught my eye. As I read it I nearly choked. It described me completely.
How I felt, eating to many carbs (my protein was a little low) It explains to
many of my problems. So now I have to work at figuring in healthy fats
into my diet. I was getting about 18 grams I will have to read again I think
it told me at least 34-58 grams.. Nearly makes my head spin.

    When I do my nutritional tracker I also let it figure in my cholesterol, calcium, fat, mag, protein,calories, Potassium K, Sodium, Folate, Fiber, and Zinc. This really is great when you can track all of that. My doctor was so pleased because everything came more into the range it should be and it is all because when I track I track all of the above nutrients.

    You will love it once you get use to using it. Try it.

    Thanks for pointing out the article to me - I hadn't seen it before. It definitely points out some of the things I'm struggling with. I'll have to rethink some of my strategies!

    I did read the article. It can be hard to fit healthy lifestyle/weight loss/ and eating more fats into my head all at the same time. But I know they are right.
