Sharpen your focus

A great way to keep your eye on the prize is to eliminate distractions. Think about this: what people or things are making it harder for you to lose weight? What can you do to remove those distractions from your life?

You can make small changes in your daily surroundings that elicit support. Limit your visits to the grocery store; stock up on one trip instead of several. Scale back on the number of times you go out to lunch with your co-workers, instead invite them for a lunch time walk. Not only will you feel better, you’ll save money.

Those small changes can make it easier for you to stay focused, each and every day. Remember that small changes can make a big difference in your success.

    What change? Well, I feel it's important to read the blogs of my sistas so that I may learn and share and grow. I have no probs with usual things. I need to get outside of myself and my thougts except for the positive ones and reach out to others as friends and not just clients.
