Complacency is not in my vocabulary
Let’s say your goal is to lose 30 pounds, and you’ve lost 15. Will the 15 pounds lost motive you even more to lose the final 15, or will you give yourself a pat on the back for the success so far, and allow complacency set in? You know…skip a few exercise sessions, eat a couple cookies, generally let things slide.
Now is not the time to let down your guard. You’re on your way to your goal. Don’t allow yourself to become complacent (lazy, unmotivated, unfocused, distracted, in cruise control, or whatever you want to call it). Instead, recommit. You’re in this from beginning to end. Don’t give up now!
