Biggest Loser Club?

I've been getting invites to the Biggest Loser Club - it sounds interesting, but I feel like I would be disloyal to Sparkpeople if I join. Is anyone else a member?

I had a pretty nice weekend, although I went off calorie. but I did get my exercise in, and my water drinking. And you know, I can't be perfect. Slow and steady does win the race. Thank you for the replies you sent me about my last blog. It helped give me back my perspective. I'm going to cut down on my weighing--to just once a day instead of 3 or 4 times a day! Yep, I'm embarasssed to say I've been doing that - I know how crazy it is! But like I said, I'm not perfect... :)

    Go for it Linda the more support you get the better. Here I thought you weighed in a lot when I thought you did it once a day - but 3-4 times a day! WOW, good for you to drop down to once a day.

    If you want to join The Biggest Loser Club, do it! Many members are on a diet plan AND Spark People. IMHO, the more support you can get, the better off you will be.

    It made me smile when you talked about weighing yourself 3 or 4 times a day. Sounds like me. I've wanted to jump on the scale so many times since Friday when I started. I admit, I did peek this morning, but I'm going to stay off until weigh in on Friday. Hopefully things will look good.

    My doctor told me I only had to check my FBS on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - and then sometime during the weekend. It's been running in the 90s and once in awhile around 104 through 107. I take Metformin twice a day, and it helped keep my blood sugar down even when I wasn't following any diet. I'm very lucky, I know. I didn't take my diagnosis very seriously at first, especially considering that my mother and grandmother both had adult onset diabetes.

    Nobody is perfect. We all make msitakes. I ahve trouble with my water drinking too. I dos tay away from refined sugar and things that have it. How's your Diabetes? Are you cheking your FBS each morning? Are you on insulin or shots?
