A New Start

Ok, I'm starting this whole thing over again. I totally quit everything I was doing before and reverted back to my old ways. My portions even got bigger than they ever used to be and I managed to gain back everything I had lost and then some! The heaviest I saw on the scale was 284. It was scary! And depressing. So, as a result I'm back on spark and wishing I had never left. New goals:

1 - get down to 250 lbs

2 - workout with DVD's or stationary bike 3 days/wk

3 - take Bugzer for walk every night (weather permitting)

4 - keep calories under control

5 - 8 cups of water/day
