Sunday 9/20/09 Goals

So I was not as successful with completing all of my goals for Saturday. I completed them all except my water intake. Today I have a busy day planned ahead of me so I am going to carry over the water intake for today. So today's goals will be motivated to exercise, continue to eat healthy, drink my water intake, prepare for a successful day tomorrow, and to do some chores around the house. I manage to get over 8 hours of sleep so I am rejuvenated and ready to get moving.

So today’s Goals:
1. Exercise
2. Eat healthy
3. 64 oz of water
4. prepare for the next workday
5. complete some chorse

    I know how hard it can be to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but I must admit I do feel better when I do. Keep up the good work Carpediem. emoticon emoticon

    Setting daily goals is a great idea. It's better than setting a weekly goal and then looking back at the end of the week and thinking about all the goals you didn't meet. :) Your doing good. Thanks for the idea.

    At least you acknowledged that you didn't meet your goal for drinking all your water...and you are doing something about it today.

    Hey Lady...even though you didn't meet your water intake goal I'm very proud of you for meeting all of your other goals. I'm sure you will meet them all today. Glad you got some rest. Hang in there and congrats for getting back on track... emoticon emoticon emoticon
