Saturday 9/19/09 (Goals)....

I have been a little off track well not even a little, a lot and it is time for me to do what I need to do for me to be back where I need to. Today I will take the time to get in a morning workout; focus on eating healthy, consuming at least 100 oz of water, and most of all get some rest. I have been extremely tired this week and can’t really put my finger on the cause of this but I will try and rest this weekend to see if the amount of sleep is my problem.
So today’s Goals:
2. Eat healthy
3. 100 oz of water
4. at least 8 hours of sleep (maybe a nap also)
Focusing on ME today…(plus a little work
