I did the math - and it's not a pretty result

It's been a yo-yo month for me, and I'm not happy about it! Check this out:

September 1 weight - 189.4
September 2 weight - 188.7 (Loss of .7#)
September 3 weight - 188.3 (Loss of .4#)
September 4 weight - 186.2 (loss of 2.1#)
September 5 weight - 188.1 ( gain of 1.9#)
September 6 weight - 188.2 (gain of .2#)
September 7 weight - 190.8 (gain of 2.6)
September 8 weight - 189 (loss of 1.8#)
September 9 weight - 187.3 (loss of 1.7#)
September 10 wieght - 187.7 (gain of .4#)
September 11 weight - 186.7 (loss of 1#)
September 12 weight - 188.1 (gain of 1.4#)
September 13 weight - 190 (gain of 1.9#)
September 14 weight - 190 (same)
September 15 weight - 188.7 (loss of 1.3#)
September 16 weight - 188.2 (loss of .5#)
September 17 weight - 189.2 (gain of 1#)
September 18 weight - 188.2 (loss of 1#)

September loss so far: 11.5
September gain so far: 9.4

Total monthly loss so far: 2.1 pounds

I weigh 188.2 today. But if I hadn't regained 9.4 pounds, I would weigh 178.8.

I think I've gotten complacent. As Barney Fife would say, GOTTA NIP THAT IN THE BUD - holidays are just around the corner!!!

    Wish I ahd your weight.
    How is your diabetes? this is the important issue.
    If yous tick with a diabetic diet you should be doing pretty good.
    I don't see you posting your FBS. This factor is important to me.
    You can do it.

    I hate to say it but 90% of the population would have this same up down pattern weighing in everyday. I tried it once and I can gain/loose 2-3 pounds everday depending on how much I eat or drink or go to the bathroom. Also If I ate a lot or a little bit of salt. That is why I don't weigh in every day - once a week to see the roller coaster is more than enough for me.
