Enough is enough

When something delicious touches our lips it’s our natural inclination is to eat and eat and eat. Yes, we may be full but we just keep munching away. Why? Well, it’s tasty. And because it tastes good, we mindlessly keep going until our plate is clean!

It’s almost impossible to eat out and be served a reasonable amount of food. And let’s be honest – it happens at home too. Super-sized bags of chips, party-sized containers of ice cream.

The truth is when you buy “oversized” you’re only setting yourself up for temptation…and often, failure. You have to step-up and say, “enough is enough,” and mean it. Pay close attention to your portion sizes – it really is your best strategy for weight loss.
