Well, I did better on my water today. Just one glass short of making goal.
I didn't exercise, yet again. Didn't I swear that I would today in yesterday's blog? LAME!
My calories did go over today by about 100. It's the bread that's killing me. I had 4 pieces. It's open faced sandwiches from now on!
It's 10:30 at night and I'm hungry. That's not good. But I don't want to eat this late. Guess I should go to bed. Goodnight everyone! =)

    Gotta tell you about the bread thing...I discovered (through a SparkPeople article) Arnolds Bread Thins...they are totally awesome and the whole thing is only 100 calories for BOTH pieces...now granted they are very thin and kinda look like an english muffin only larger..but try them...they are sooo good. You can get a big pack at Costco and they are really reasonable there..in the grocery stores they are a little pricey...but check them..you'll love them! Psfff aren't I just so helpful? emoticon

    Keep on drinking! and the switch to open faced sandwiches is a great option/choice.
