Wednesday, Not feeling soo hot

I woke up this morning as per usual, and jumped on the treadmill, then did the elliptical. About 50 minutes in, I started to feel kind of nauseous. I REALLY wanted to do the full 60 minutes, so I pushed myself to finish.

Big mistake. I had to lie on the floor for 15 minutes before I could finally keep my stomach under control. Yuck. Then a really weird thing happened, I started to have a sneezing fit for ten minutes. Just constant "Achoos!". I'm NEVER doing that again. If I don't feel good, I'll just hop off and walk around. It's not worth it. Tomorrow's a new day, and I'm going to try to get more nutritious food in today, and not eat/drink any empty calories. I think that may have been a big reason my body reacted so funny this morning.

    I got dizzy and felt sick the other night after my cardio work out. I'm not sure what the deal was because I had eaten a few hours before. I agree though. I should have let myself rest after not feeling well but I kept on pushing on.

    I've had similar things happen to me when I workout in the morning - especially if I haven't had breakfast yet. Be gentle with yourself and listen to your body.
