Last week, I didn't blog at all. However, I did stay on track with what I ate and my workouts. I am finding it alittle difficult to keep up with tracking everything. It's so time consuming. But with the help and support of my new family, I lost an additional 3 pounds. I just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. I luv you all!!!!!!!!
