I have had this boundless energy the past two days! I feel great. I overindulged with food a few weeks ago on vacation. Now I'm back on the path to recovery. Here are the steps I'm taking:
*Reducing my sugar intake
*Eating at least 5 fruits and veggies per day
*Protein shake daily in the morning
*Getting enough rest! This has been a huge one for me lately. I have been working a lot of extra hours these past few weeks and have found myself very tired. Instead of going to bed on time, I've been pushing it and staying up later, trying to get everything completed. I even fell asleep one night just after 8 pm...and I felt great the next morning!
I also added a calcium/magnesium supplement last week.
I'm sure it's a combination of all of the things listed above - I feel great! I've been bouncing out of the house in the mornings to take my morning walks. Today I felt energized enough to bring my hand weights with me. I haven't used them in a while.
If you are feeling great today, take a look at what's working! To often, we wait until we are not feeling good, then look around to determine the cause. Focus on the good feelings and appreciate when you are feeling well. questforthesimplelife.bl
