Last week started the BCL6 challenge. Go Gold! I also started back to work. Unfortunately Since going back to work i have not been to the gym because I have been sore and tired from work. I have gotten some exercise in walking up and down the stairs carrying boxes from room to room but its not the same as the gym. i will be starting back next week when things calm down until then I will force myself to do exercise video from on demand.

Goals for BCL Challenge

loose at least 6 pounds
get in 12 glasses of water
get to the gym at least 3 times a week

    Well, you might not be getting the same workout as going to the gym, at least it's something. Going up and down stairs works your muscles too.
    Good luck with your program, I admire that you have set these goals for yourself.

    I agree with you that you don't get the same intensity of a workout and work vs the gym or exercise at home.
