The First Day

Today wasn't too bad at all. Because I'm not in the habit of eating right, I kept forgetting that I was trying to stay on track. I would think about getting ice cream on the way home or drinking some of the sugary lemonade that I have sitting in the refrigerator. But I didn't. Luckily I remembered the promise I made to myself before I put anything bad in my mouth.
The evenings are hard. That's when the cravings kick into high gear. Tonight wasn't too bad, but I did open the fridge a couple of times just to look.
I need to get better about drinking my water. Eating right and drinking lots of water seems to give me indigestion. I HATE that!! Must invest in TUMS.
No, I didn't exercise at all. That's another thing that I need to work on.

    You did great today! Just remember you are sooooo worth investing the time and effort to be healthy!!! It's good to have goals..pick some small ones in the beginning and do something to work towards that goal every day..then as you get better add a few more. It CAN be done and your the one to do it! emoticon emoticon

    Start with something u know u can do but don't do everyday! Like for me it was drinking 8 cups of water. No problem on weekdays but lost count of it on weekends!

    Just keep building healthy habits, one at a time. U can do it!!! emoticon
