It’s SO worth it

After a few weeks, or even a few days it can become hard to keep your motivation going. Sometimes it’s hard to remember what you’re striving for. Sometimes it’s just plain hard to keep your hands off the cookies.

I know. We all know. We have all been there.

But it’s at those moments when you need to dig deep and remember that your weight loss journey is SO worth it. It really is. Know that there will be a day when you’ll look back and realize that every good decision you made, every temptation you overcame, was 100% worth it!

    Stay strong! After eating healthier for a while, I find that I can not binge as much and junk actually makes me feel sick. Other Spark folks have said the same thing.

    Remember the commercial about you are what you eat where the woman had 2 BIG cinnamon buns on her backside? Just picture the binge foods on your backside or around your waist!
