I lost 1 pound, and I'm grateful for that. I am STILL mucking around in the 160's and I'm not pleased with that because it's been OH! SINCE JULY!!
For some reason I am mentally resisting going to that next level. AKA sabatoging myself. What happens is that I get on the scale on Thursday or Friday, and I see I am down to 160, or 160.5, and then I think, "OH! I'm doing great this week!" And then I relax my eating a bit and all of a sudden, I'm not doing so great any more. Not bad mind you, but not really dropping what I CAN and what I SHOULD.
WHY I am doing this I don't know. But I definitely need a new strategy! SO, this week I am going to PUT THE SCALE AWAY and not get on it until next Monday.
OK, now I've got to get on the dreadmill.
