This week's goals

Yet again, I'm starting fresh. I guess that's really what I do every morning as I have a fresh, clean slate to fill, and I am grateful for that! My latest struggle is in setting goals, and knowing what I want to achieve, but then letting little things get in the way. I even manage to sabotage my little goals. Ultimatley, I find myself discouraged and just not wanting to care anymore. I know that's not me, and I know that's not going to get me anywhere. So, for this weeks' fresh start, my goals include:

1. no soda pop
2. taking a 20 minute walking break from work at least once a day
3. bringing my gym clothes to work
4. journaling about my attitude daily

    This is a good set of attainable goals. I suspect the soda pop will be the hardest one to follow!

    Thank God there is someone else like me out there! One step at a time. I give myself so many goals that I get discourage as soon as I make them! emoticon
