i was just looking through my previous blogs and i found the excerpt....
So now I need to get another action plan going. I do have one, just need to implement it. It will take some finances, so all of my plans will have to come together a little at a time. But, a plan in action, even though one small step a time, is still a point in a right direction.
So here is my plan....
-Gym membership (water aerobics)
-Weightloss aid (diet medication-just to start me off, not permanent)
-Drop my soda habit like a bad habit (it is bad, but this will be my trial)
...so where am i now in this action plan?
---Well i decided not to do the meds for now, i don't like medications.
--- I am joining a gym this week, woohoo!!!
--- My soda habit, well.....is still there. I do great for a while, and then whammo I am back off the trail.
Okay, so 1 out of 3 is a small step in the right direction, just is taking a little longer than i want. But, you know what? it's still in the right direction. I am down 22.6 lbs since January!!! woohoo!
To all who is having a hard time or its taking longer than expected, look back and see where you came from. I guarantee you are better off in areas that you forgot.
