Re-gathering the Tools

Oh! No - not those kinds of tools :) but in a sense, I have a whole "toolbox" full of goodies to jump-start my motivation again:

1) Picture Journal
3) The gym
4) Turbo Jam
5) No location

In an addition, I have bought the Flat Belly Diet book, and have all the ingredients for adding my daily MUFA's and "Sassy Water". I know this diet claims to guarantee a good loss, but I need commitment. My first commitment is the gym, which has been going very well. I love going to my gym - the harbor view is breath-taking and it boasts a fantastic Turbo Kick class!!

I've been a *little* distracted lately with various summer activities & outings... I've been all over the Southern California coast exploring the city and beaches. I also bought an annual pass to Universal Studios, which I've been using a lot whenever we're in the area - so lots of walking going on! Also enjoying the night life & BBQ get-togethers, which have been a breath of fresh (and sunny) air for me.

Tomorrow is a new day scheduled for Day One of Beck, Sassy Water & Gym time!!! :) Hope you all had a GREAT weekend!
