Your achievements hold power

Losing weight for the long haul requires self-reflection. You not only have to be willing to look back on what you’ve achieved but you also need to appreciate the hard work that went into the goals you’ve reached.

Think about what you have gained so far on your weight loss journey. Perhaps things that you may not have liked about yourself before, you’re now proud of. How about some of the things you’ve achieved? Maybe you now fit into those jeans that have been hanging in your closet for months. Or maybe you’re no longer shopping in the “plus-size” section of the store.

Ultimately achievements are a personal matter. They will make you feel better on the inside and out. Remember, never neglect the positive changes you’ve made; they’re very important!
