Trust the process

This is a hard one for me also. I tend to focus so much on the outcome, on the goal, that I can miss the fact that the process is just as important. Processes that have proven records, proven results have already demonstrated themselves. I just need to adjust my thinking to a place where I can enjoy the process.....

Do not focus so much on weight. While that is important, at some point in time, as you continue to work out, you will develop muscle. Muscle tissue is denser, therefore heavier than fat tissue is. So you may in fact fluctuate. The real key, is when you look in the mirror (naked in front of a full length mirror) are you seeing changes and do you like the changes you are seeing? I have told several clients to throw the scale away. The scale can become an impediment to your progress if the scale begins to haunt your thinking.......

This one's good as well. You said that you were going to start writing about different stuff sometimes, so I thought I would take a look. Ya, as I told you I lost 22 pounds this summer, but in the past month only lost 3 pounds- and I keep losing and gaining it! What's up with THAT?
