Bible Bus Mini-Challenge Goals

1) Atleast 2 servings of veggies and 1 serving of fruit daily

2) Spend atleast 30 minutes with the Lord daily and take 5-10 of those to let him speak to me (I like to do all the talking hee hee)

3) Go to the gym atleast 4 times per week and increase mileage to 2 miles at each attendance.

4) Be in bed by 1:00am each night and up by 10:30am (sorry I know I borrowed this from someone but I really need to do this also )

**Weight goal = to lose 10 lbs. This will put me at my fist "marker" on my ticker***
