I Did It

Thanks to SEKSUNSHINE and her never ending challenges, I surpassed what Spark People set out as my yearly exercise goals today. I am now up to 45 minutes on my recumbant stationary bike and doing my strength training three times a week. I have not yet upped my reps because I am not yet ready for that, I have added a couple of exercises though.
I do feel a heck of a lot better and ever so much younger than I did when I first started on SP.
I know I am still humongous, but I don't feel my weight as much now, if that makes any sense. I am not nearly as sluggish as I was when I started here. Forty pounds makes a huge difference. My son commented this evening on how much I have lost. He said he can really see the change in my body, not a weight difference but a size difference. He said my middle has shrunken all the way around. Gave me a good chuckle.
Oh and yes SEK I am remembering to take my vitamins, where is everyone else that is willing to sign up for the challenge with me?
PS Hubby has asked me out to dinner tomorrow evening at Swiss Chalet. I said I would go but I already know what I am going to have. At least he isn't buying me chocolate bars and chips and junk like he has in the past when I have taken off weight. Well he buys them all still but only for himself. He doesn't even ask if I want any. This is the first time he has asked me out in well over a year. We don't communicate much LMAO.
