Awesome Night. :-)

Had a really fun night tonight. Jenn's out of town, and we live in a house with some good friends, and I cooked us all a DELICIOUS dinner tonight of spicy corn/squash soup. It was sooo good.

I'm in bed, but not really tired, so I jumped on Spark to write just a spur of the moment blog post. Since I've been focusing so much more on eating healthy, and working out, I've definitely started feeling more motivated to take on some other healthy habits in my life. I'd like to stop drinking sodas, and start to limit the amount of drinking I do--maybe only drink on the weekends? It's just felt so good to start being more active, I just think there's some more small changes that I could make that would have a large impact on how I felt. I'm really excited about changing my life around, and feeling better. :-)

    Sound like you and I are on the same page with wanting to become healthy. I too have given up Sodas and have started to really watch what i am intaking. I really am enjoying to exercise. I currently am on day 11 and have exercised, walked, run or strength training almost everyday. I have take one day off but still did at least 10 min of cardio that day. Well i wish you all the best and am glad that this is working out well for you. Keep SPARKING and good luck with all your future endeavors.
