Next Baby Step

I know all weight control experts and non-experts agree that adding exercise is important to all aspect of a healthy life. Its kind of like the "duh" factor of being fit.

The problem is getting the body to cooperate with the brain. I've had the intent to exercise...on purpose. However, the intent does not always translate to action.

I've never minded being active if I was addressing household necessities (yard work, house work...).

Today, I finally make the first baby step. I did a cardio workout to an exercise DVD. Granted the cardio was to be a 10 minute workout. Even with the warm-up, I worked for 5 minutes. Its was kind of sad, how weak I've let my body get.

Now, I just need to keep building momentum. I'm going to shoot for the same time frame etch day and see if I can build the stamina. Wish me luck!!

Okay, maybe not luck. How about good wishes??!!
