thought i had my heel painunter control.. ugh.. good days and bad days...
i was online today looking at more excercises to do.. ugh!! can only walk every other day.. and only 2 miles.. i tried 3 the other day i sure paid for it the next.. ugh.. I am so disappointed.. i was up to 3- 5 miles... emoticon

    Sorry you've been in pain.

    Hey, I just read a SP article that talked about doing exercises in the pool; any chance you have access to one? This may be an alternative until your heel heals?

    Hang in there! Foot pain is a terrible thing to deal with. You are doing fantastic with your weight loss, and it is great that you are looking into other ways to work out. How about water walking, water aerobics or swimming? I have intermittent hip and knee problems and the water has been a lifesaver.

    Shame, poor you. Pains of any sort are no fun. Hope you feel better soon and increase your distance bit by bit. At least you haven't stopped altogether and there's something to be said for that!
