Plans for Today

I got back on track yesterday and lost one of the pounds I had gained over the weekend. Whew, it feels good that I was able to get going again. I'm always afraid I'll get back into those bad habits.
I've got a lot planned today to keep my mind off food.
* Take my walk - I'm getting addicted to my daily walks. (Even when I was pigging out, I didn't stop that.)
* Go food shopping.
* Begin decluttering my room. I'm getting a new tv next month, and I have to do something with all the stuff that's being stored in my enertainment center so I can get rid of it - it's way too big for my bedroom.
* Scrap my September entry in my weight loss journal.
That should keep me busy for awhile!
