September Buddy Challenge

I started off this challenge by missing the first 2 days, not knowing when the challenge would start!! Go Figure!! I felt like I let the team down, after all I missed earning pts for the team for 2 days. Obviously I missed the main concepts of the challenge; having fun while getting fitter and making new friends. My buddies in the team made me realize this, soon enough.
To me, this challenge has re-iterated the fact that it becomes much easier to keep up with the program with the support and encouragement of goal buddies. The accountability to the team adds to the drive and commitment, so much that I managed to complete the daily challenge even on a most difficult day, which incidentally proved to me that no matter how difficult things are you can still find ways to stick to your program - most of the excuses I usually fall back on seem very silly now!! All this learning and I am still having fun and I have got great new friends!! The most difficult challenge for me has been the one where I need to de-clutter something every day :)
