    Thanks Shiningthru, this will get me to complete my thoughts.

    I agree in the sense that if I think MY work is terribly important; if I believe that MY effort, MY work, MY output is so critical that the universe is going to cease, then yes, the breakdown NEEDS to happen now. Thinking this way makes me, a very selfish me, the center of the universe. This way of thinking places my needs above everyone else; others can be sacrificed as their input/output is secondary. I have worked for bosses who think this way: take credit for others work; credit for all the good things that happen; credit for the positive impact a group has and other related issues.

    On the other hand, if I look at it as my work, as part of the work of a group, then no, I disagree. If my work is keeping myself healthy, then again, I disagree. It is a question of priorities and where they are placed.
