Trudging along

Last week I got a bit distracted with other things and didn't focus as much as I should be on me. I'm not going to say that I'm starting over because this isn't something I want to start and stop. This is my life! This week I will work on exercising more and eating only when hungry. I will work on taking time out for myself. I will try to think before I act.
