I am still trying to talk myself into five minutes of exercise. I plan to do it before I leave for a meeting tonight. Everything in me is screaming nooooooooooooooooo pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee don't make me do it! So far, I am within my calorie range, I drank 6 glasses of water and will get the other two in soon.

    Do you know what I do when I do not feel like exercising, I just don my exercise outfit on and I have no reason not to go ahead as I am ready to work out. That is what I do and could work for you too.

    Do what I do when the "gym like" exercises are unappealing. Turn on your favorite radio station and just MOVE to the beat of the music. Even "chair dancing" is movement. It's just a thought! Try it and I am positive you'll feel like you did 5 minutes worth of exercise!

    There was a lady on Oprah years ago....she must have weighed nearly 600 pounds. She finally made up her mind she was gonna START. She would take a kitchen chair outside (can you imagine???) and drug it to the sidewalk. She'd walk two steps, sit for a few minutes, and then take 2 more steps. Eventually she lost like 400 pounds or more maybe. Just by having the "want to" to move 2 steps at a time!

    You can do it sweetie. We're right here to keep encouraging you. Everytime you wanna say no, come in here and we'll all say YES for you!

    Good for you. I drink at least 9cups of water bt 6Am. I take lots of vitamins and other meds. and I need lots of water to get them down. emoticon
