Today is all about self talk. How I talk myself into and out of things I don't wish to do or pursue. If anyone thinks that I am talking to them, I am truly not. I am talking to me. However, if you see yourself in this post, maybe it is a good thing you are reading it.
First off, don't whine to me that you can't do something. You can, you just choose not to. Don't tell me you don't know how,do some research and find a solution. Be brutally honest. If you don't want to do something, don't do it, but don't complain about it. I am sick and tired of listening to your excuses for not doing what you know you need to do, such as exercise daily. You know that you feel much better when you do it, so what is the problem exactly? Maybe if you got off your butt and did things, you wouldn't be so bored all the time. Boredom only leads to being down and depressed, something you do not need in your life at the moment. You know all about portion control and how to eat properly. You are great at doing both, so why are you so scared to eat? You aren't going to put weight on if you eat well and exercise daily. You know this. So just hop to it. Get a move on. Keep going. You have done very well thus far. I am proud of you. Don't ever forget that. I love you. Don't ever forget that either. You are not what you see in the mirror. You are a person that has come a very long way in a very short time. So keep up the great work. You are wonderful.
