Phase 2- Day 1

Wow! I can't tell you how great it feels to have last week over. God worked in so many little ways. I stuck to my goals and feel great! My plan last week was to drink 80 oz. water a day and write what I ate down. I wasn't hard on myself. If I craved donuts and made a fruit smoothie instead and went over 150 calories, I didn't beat myself up. Things like that...
This week, in addition to continuing to cook and write my food down, I am upping my water by 20 oz (another bottle). That's it. Next week? Not sure yet. I most likely will try to maintain the 100 oz. water. That means being very focused. lol
I've also noticed that although I've told a few people about what I'm doing, I'm not just out there keeping the world up to date on what I've had for lunch. There's a verse about pride going before a fall... I think I've sabotaged myself somehow with that in the past. A few strong supporters, working through with my hubby (who by the way is doing FANTASTIC on this program), and God's help to look elsewhere for food, and that's what I'm relying on- just thought I'd let you know my plans for this coming week.
