Tri-Team Weight Challenge - Breaker200team

Sunday, September 06, 2009

I just joined a new team (see blog title) and one of our goals is to blog at least 5 times a week. I've been wanting to be more regular in my blogging, so this is a good goal for me. And here (TA-DA!) is my first "official" blog.

The challenge is between three teams set up for the challenge. It's a Biggest-Loser-Type challenge. When you gain a pound or fail to weigh-in, you're out. The teams are named "pods" and my "pod team" is the yellow-jackets. The first weigh-in is Tuesday, September 8 and the first "contest" is to decorate your Spark Page to reflect your pod team name. My team pod is Yellow Jackets, so I have decorated my page with pictures of yellow jackets (bees) and changed my colors to yellow and black.

I belong to another contest like this, with the weigh-in for Fridays, so these two contests will really keep me motivated and "honest" - I hope. I love doing challenges like this! It keeps me from getting bored with losing weight.

Gotta go get bzzzzzzzzzzzzy now!

"According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. It's wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway, because bees don't care what humans think is impossible. " - Barry Bee, The Bee Movie

ONE correction - Linda -- if you GAIN - you are not eliminated - only if you fail to report for 2X in a row then you are!
I love you page!! You did a great job...and I appreciate you joining in!!

We all want to keep moving in the direction of ONEderland (which I know you're already there) and just think of the possibilities of where you'll be by DEC 1 if you stick with it??

    GO - blueberries!! :)
